What are Soil Stabilizers?

SOIL STABILIZERS HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR MANY YEARS, WE DID NOT INVENT IT, BUT WE HAVE CERTAINLY PERFECTED IT. IN OUR STRIDE TO EXCEL WE ARE CURRENTLY RECOGNIZED AS THE GLOBAL LEADER IN THE FIELD OF SOIL STABILIZATION. WE ARE INTERNATIONAL AWARD WINNERS WITH OUR PRODUCT BEING SUCCESSFULLY USED IN MANY COUNTRIES THROUGHOUT THE GLOBE. IT IS IMPORTANT AT THIS TIME TO EXPRESS AND HIGHLIGHT THE FACT THAT OUR PRODUCT SSPLUS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT WE HAVE JUST RECENTLY PLACED ON THE MARKET, IT HAS PROVEN TO BE MOST EFFECTIVE BEYOND EXPECTATION ON MANY PROJECTS, PAST OR ONGOING, IN MANY COUNTRIES.

What makes us the foremost and leading brand is SSPLUS is 100% Acrylic Polymer and does not contain a live enzyme base.

SSPLUS has an absolute unique and inimitable ability to manipulate in-situ aggregate through the use of cutting edge Nano Technology which is unparralled and permanent. Enzyme based stabilizers of any nature require very selective types of aggregate and are vulnerable to water and will dissipate and degrade in a short period of time. This is not beneficial to requirement! SSPLUS IS ALL ENCOMPASSING!

This means our product is 100% hydrophobic by way of particle encapsulation in the curing process and therefore expelling any and all moisture by forming a true lattice. Water is one of the major causes of rapid degradation in roads. SSPLUS will manipulate up to 90% of in-situ material, therefore greatly reducing the cost of gravel road construction and rehabilitation by not having copious amounts of brought-in material. In addition, the horrendous impact of gravel pit excavation is vastly reduced and environment saving is hugely increased. SSPLUS is also currently being used in the USA as a substitute for cement in the sub-base on asphalt roads. It is proved to have a higher tensile rating than concrete.

SSPLUS will cure within 72hrs and will immediately be receptive to medium-heavy traffic with up to a 30t load bearing. If the road is managed within the design parameters of our product we can comfortably guarantee the first 2 years after application maintenance free and thereafter, general light maintenance for up to ten years, in some instances even more. If a spray and chip top coat is applied, we can guarantee a lifespan of up to 15 years under the same conditions.
